As the first start-up dedicated to creating a community-centric co-living space in Taiwan, 9floor shared with us their business models and we helped them clarify strategic directions to best play out their core competencies.
Together with Greenvines, a strong advocate for healthier and more sustainable lifestyle, we looked at their customer journeys and explored ways to redefine target audience and strengthen consumer awareness.
Finally we talked to the CAN, an enterprise deeply committed to developing local communities in Sanxia, we reviewed top line and bottom line to prioritize their areas of focus.
